Introduction
LKF-F3X60 silicon photonics inertial measurement unit is the first domestically produced product independently developed, designed, and manufactured by WuHan Liocrebif Technology Co., Ltd. based on silicon photonics integrated chips. The silicon photonics chip employs mature silicon-based heterogeneous integration technology, directly etching the discrete components of traditional fiber optic gyroscopes onto the silicon photonics chip. Compared to traditional fiber optic gyroscopes, this product achieves the same precision while reducing weight, significantly lowering production costs, offering excellent environmental adaptability, and featuring high reliability as a fully solid-state device.
